About Kristy Lee Jewelry
'Kristy Lee Jewelry' is *One of a Kind*
beaded jewelry. No two pieces are exactly alike. Kristy
Lee hand makes each piece with care, paying close
attention to quality, details and originality. Her
pieces are made using a variety of interesting beads
(glass, Gemstone, plastic,
un-used Vintage, Swarovski Crystals, wooden, etc...)
along with plated metal findings (Kristy uses Gold
Filled clasps on some of her pieces). All of
Kristy Lee's necklaces, bracelets, rings, eyeglass
holders, headdresses and chandelier earrings are Signed,
Kristy Lee, on rectangular (Gold Filled or Sterling)
hangtags (some pieces may still have her old style round
metal tags...these tags ended up wearing too fast, so
they are not used anymore. If you have one of
these tags, on your older pieces, we will be happy to
replace it).
Most necklaces and bracelets can be sized larger or
smaller. It will be noted in the listing if this is not
possible. If you do not request a size the average
necklace size will be 16" or more. An extender chain can always be added, at your
request. You may also request an alternate clasp style
or earring posts.
Because this is costume jewelry and it is made with
plated findings, you should expect normal tarnishing
with excessive wear. In general, it is best not to get
costume jewelry damp or wet.
Kristy wants her jewelry pieces to last forever, so
please don't hesitate to notify us with any problems.

Our Vintage Jewelry
Most of the vintage jewelry on this
website is described as being in "Very Good condition".
Many of the pieces are actually in Excellent condition,
but since it is vintage, we are allowing for any
age-related wear, so we call it Very Good. "Very
Good Condition" jewelry may have age-related wear to the
metals on the backs of pieces. We will describe
any additional wear, such as patina or missing stones,
etc..
Returns/Exchanges: We want you to
be 100% satisfied with your Kristy Lee jewelry and
vintage jewelry purchases.
Kristy agrees to make repairs, if needed, free of charge (minus
shipping one-way) for Kristy Lee Jewelry. Also, when you receive
your jewelry, if you are not completely happy with it,
you may exchange or return it for store credit (you must
contact us within 2 days to arrange for an
exchange/credit). Full refunds,
minus shipping will be accepted if the item has been
misrepresented through error. Requests
for other returns will be handled on an individual
basis. A refund or credit will be sent promptly
upon receipt of unaltered item[s].
